Mr. Robert Dean Sweatt, age 56 of Rives, Tennessee, passed away from this life on June 9, 2012, at his home. Funeral services for Mr. Sweatt will be conducted on Thursday, June 14, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Kenton with Bro. Marlon Stephens and Bro. Johnny Witherspoon officiating. Interment will follow in Alamo Baptist Cemetery of Sharon.
Mr. Sweatt was born September 1, 1955, in Greenfield; the son of Mrs. Mai Noton Sweatt and the late Thomas Charles “TC†Sweatt.
He is survived by his mother, one son, Robert Dean Sweatt, Jr.; nine brothers, Tommy, Ray, Danny, Dale, Steve, Albert, Jerry, Gary, and Terry; and two sisters, Vicki, and Trina. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Kathy Gamblin.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Robert Sweatt.
