Mrs. Wanda Jean Bardwell Dobbins, age 59, of Kenton, Tennessee, passed from this life on April 4, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. Graveside services for Mrs. Dobbins will be conducted on Monday, April 9, at 11:00 a.m. in Sunnyside Cemetery of Kenton, Tennessee with Tyrone Snell officiating.
Mrs. Dobbins was born August 15, 1952, in Gibson County; the daughter of L. M. Bardwell, Sr. and the late Bobbie Eskew Bardwell. She worked on the assembly line at the Milan Army Ammunition Plant. She was a Jehovah Witness.
Mrs. Dobbins is survived by her father; one son, Mark Bardwell; one daughter, Dawn Hill; 11 siblings, Janet Bardwell, Betty Higgs, Rose Bush, Lynn Bailey, Charlette Bailey, L.M. Bardwell Jr., Kenneth Bardwell, Bill Bardwell, Frank Finch and Paul Lancaster. She is also survived by Aunts, JoLynda Pittman, Callie Mae Eskew, Della Ruby Eskew and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother.
