Mrs. Viola M. Clanton, age 90 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012.
Mrs. Clanton was born January 25, 1922 to the late Elmer and Bessie Jones. Mrs. Clanton was a housewife and homemaker, and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church of Rutherford.
She was preceded in death by husband Finis Clanton, and children, Elmer" Tommy" Wiginton, Charles Fletcher Wiginton; Sisters, Mattie Peal Qualls, Eudora " Doe " Roberts, Jewell Knox; and brother, Leonard Jones.
Mrs. Clanton is survived by children; Patricia Ann Alexander, Sue Carolyn McCaig, Finis Clanton Jr., James Willard Clanton, Charles Edward Clanton; 12 Grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
