Please know that you have my deepest sympathy in your loss of a truly loved Saint of God. Mrs. Katherine was a true partner and helpmate to Bro. Woodrow. I've known and admired both of them all my life. It's difficult to think of one without both of them. They were an encouragement to me as I entered the ministry years ago. Both of them welcomed me to the Dyer Association when I accepted my first pastorate. They were such an encouragement. Bro. Oakley loved having Bro. Woodrow and Mrs. Katherine in the church while he was pastor. Bro. Oakley gave part of his salary to Bro. Woodrow as his assistant. In 1993, I was invited to preach a revival at New Bethlehem in which God really blessed. After Bro. Woodrow passed away, Mrs. Katherine called me to come over. She wanted me to have several of his sermons and books. As I was thanking her for them, she told me that Bro. Woodrow had asked God for the privilege of attending a real God Sent revival and He did it during that revival. Mrs Katherine and Bro. Woodrow were such a blessing to my life and such great friends to my family through the years. I have lost a supportive friend in my life. How blessed I was to have Mrs. Katherine and Bro. Woodrow in my life ! I'm confident that Jesus has a Grandiose Reception receiving her into Heaven for the great work she has done in His vineyard. God Bless you and Comfort you as a family.
