Annie Opal Foster

Mrs. Annie Opal Foster, age 93 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, June 14, 2024, at her daughter’s home in Texas. Graveside services for Mrs. Foster will be conducted on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 11AM at Mount Olive Cemetery in Dyer with Bro. Lane Self officiating. Interment will immediately follow. 

Annie was born June 6, 1931, in Linden, TN; the daughter of the late Luther & Susie (Sharp) Mercer. She was a retired nursing assistant with the Gibson General Hospital. 

She is survived by daughter, Cynthia Fava and husband, Jack; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wade Foster; and son, John Wayne Foster.
