Ava Needham

Ava Nell Needham, age 81, of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on March 17, 2016, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Ava Nell Needham will be conducted on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 3pm in the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, in Trenton, TN. She was born September 27, 1934 in Bradford, TN.; the daughter of Daniel Mabry and Mary Cunningham. She was a factory worker at Brown Shoe Company, and attended Midway Baptist Church of Dyer, TN. She is survived by three children, J.L. Needham (Lisa), Ricky Juan Needham (Carol), and Tina Powell; one brother, Thomas Mabry; seven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Lee Needham. The family will receive friends from 12-3pm on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at the Dyer Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
