Bettie Ann Toro

Mrs. Bettie Ann Toro, age 84 of Trimble, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at her home. Funeral services for Mrs. Toro will be conducted on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 2PM in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Crandall officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, in Kenton.

Bettie was born January 27, 1941, in Rutherford, TN; the daughter of the late Alvin & Ola Flowers Long. She retired as an apparel worker, working both at Kellwood, then Trimble Mfg. Mrs. Bettie was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City.

Mrs. Toro is survived by her husband, Juan Toro; four children, Steve Clark, Kaye Hurst, Lucy Paris, Lilli Toro; sister, Janice Paschall; twelve grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Alice Brown, Nina Petty, Dorothy Wagster, Lillian Jones, and Hughey Long.

Visitation with family and friends will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 6PM till 8PM, at the Rutherford chapel. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Bettie Ann Toro.
