Betty Sue Sims February 11th, 1936 - October 9th, 2018 Mrs. Betty Sue Sims age 82 of Dyer , Tennessee, passed away from this life on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018, at home. Funeral services for Mrs. Sims will be conducted on Thursday, October 11th, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Rutherford Chapel with Bro. John Coleman and Ryan Sims officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery, in Bradford, Tennessee. Mrs Betty was born February 11th, 1936 in Linden , Tennessee; the daughter of Rubin Floyd and Vena Ree Haynes Mackin . She was a farmers wife, "The Boss", and homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Johnny C. Sims; one son, Bubba Oliver; two daughters, Kathy Oliver, Teresa Sims; one sister; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one grandchild. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 10th, 2018 , at Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Rutherford Chapel..
