Betty Taylor

Mrs. Betty Jean Taylor, age 95 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on June 20, 2016, at Dyer Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Taylor will be conducted on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Dyer Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, in Dyer. She was born June 26, 1920 in Dyer, Tn.; the daughter of Noel and Myrtle Canada Campbell. She was a waitress for Toot ‘N’ Tell It. She is survived by two children, Sherry Monsue and Johnny Taylor (Pam); seven grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Toby” Taylor, and one son, Jimmy Taylor. The family will receive friends from 10:00am-2:00pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at the Dyer Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
