Betty Gail Turner

Mrs. Betty Gail Turner, age 71 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, July 28, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. Funeral services for Mrs. Turner will be conducted on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 12:30PM in the chapel of China Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Lane Self officiating. Interment will follow in China Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

She was born June 28, 1954, in Gibson County, TN; the daughter of the late Leonard & Kathleen Bromley Bryant. She was a juvenile courtroom officer working at the Gibson County Juvenile Court with 40 years of service. Mrs. Turner was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dyer.

Betty is survived by her son, Wyatt Turner and wife, Kristen; brother-in-law, Andre Wiley; and nephew, Jeremy Wylie. She was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Wiley.

Visitation with family and friends will begin at 10:30AM, Saturday, August 2, 2025, and go until service time at 12:30PM, at China Grove Baptist Church. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Betty Gail Turner.
