Billy Ray Dickerson

Mr. Billy Ray Dickerson, age 68 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on September 4, 2025, at his home. Graveside service for Mr. Dickerson will be conducted on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Mount Olive Cemetery in Dyer with Rev. Tammie Wade officiating. Burial will immediately follow.

He was born July 7, 1957 in Humboldt, TN; the son of the late Ross McKinley and Maud Hazel Becton Dickerson. He was an electrical technician at Kellogg. He served his country with the US Navy. Military honors will be observed.

He is survived by his sister Betty Swindell; nephew John Ross Philips;nieces Susan Scott (Robert), Maggie Caton (Dustin); great nieces Sonja Scott, Hazel Phillips, and special friend Tammie Wade. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Victor Swindell.
