Brian Keith Hughey

Brian Keith Hughey, age 63 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at his home. Cremation services for Mr. Hughey are under the direction of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Sunnyside Cemetery.

He was born October 24, 1958, in Newport, RI; the son of the late Joel C. & Lily Hughey of Kenton. He was a carpenter by trade for many years and member of Christian Chapel Church of Christ near Kenton. He served his country with the US Navy.  

He is survived by three sisters, Carol Reed, Rosemary Akers, Sara Crisco of Kenton; two brothers, Steve Hughey of Mason Hall, Cecil Hughey of Alaska; daughter, Felicia Hughey of Kenton; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Hughey; and daughter, Kelsey Hughey.
