Connie Comstock

Connie Wade Comstock, age 87 of Humboldt, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at Humboldt Veterans’ Home in Humboldt, Tennessee. Funeral services for Mr. Comstock will be conducted on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Dyer with Pastor Justin Hiens officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Dyer, Tennessee. He was born March 21, 1929 in Kenton, Tennessee; the son of the late Robert Cleveland and Willie Mae Mathis Comstock. He was retired from Brown Shoe Company, a member of the VFW and was a Mason. He attended the Second Baptist Church in Union City, Tennessee. Mr. Comstock served his country with the US Navy. Mr. Comstock is survived by one son, Jeff Comstock; one daughter, Amy Comstock; and one brother, Orval Comstock. He was preceded in death by his wife, Naleeta Comstock and his parents. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until service time at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Connie Wade Comstock.
