Mrs. Dottie Mae Davis, age 85 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at the Obion County Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Davis will be conducted on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Kenton with Bro. James Kinsey officiating. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery, in Kenton. She was born December 16, 1931 in Selmer, TN; the daughter of the late Troy and Bessie Williams Hicks. She was a factory worker at Bryan Custom Plastic where she retired. She is survived by two children, Lisa Hailey (Mark), and Randy Davis (Jada); siblings, Frances Buchanan, Billy Hicks, Terry Hicks, and Joyce Conway; and two grandchildren, Bradley Davis, and Nicholas Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lester Davis; and siblings, Linda Hicks, and Frankie Morris. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm -2:00pm on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
