Edith Anita Jones

Mrs. Edith Anita Jones, age 75 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, January 14, 2022, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Jones will be conducted on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. John Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Dyer.

She was born September 1, 1946, in Dyer, TN; the daughter of the late Bernie Mitchell and Vivian Louise Garner Barron. She was employed at Kellwood until her retirement.

She is survived by one daughter, Rita Camp (John); and three grandchildren, Emerald Jones, Amy Lee, and Jayson Camp. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Douglas Jones; and siblings, Billy Wayne Barron, Ester Marlene Belew, Roy Cecil Barron, and Joe Wilson Barron.

The family will receive friends from 11:00AM- 2:00PM on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Edith Anita Jones.
