She was born on November 20th, 1934, to the late Carl Alonzo Davidson and Callie Estelle Rose Davidson in Dyer, Tennessee.

On October 2nd, 1954, Ernestine (Tina) married the love of her life Kenneth Argo.

Tina met Kenneth when she was working in the office at Brown Shoe. After their marriage she stayed home to raise her two children. After the kids went to school, she took a job at Piggott Elementary as a teacher’s aide. She worked there for several years. After Kenneth was transferred a few times with the company, she started taking care of his employee’s children in her home. When he retired, so did she. After retirement they moved to Springville, Tennessee where they enjoyed camping and fishing. Tina loved to sew clothes for herself and her children. She and Kenneth always had a huge garden and she would can, and freeze produce that they grew each year. As the golden years crept upon them, they moved to St. Bernard’s Villa in Jonesboro, Arkansas to be closer to family.

Ernestine is survived by her daughter, Debbie McEwen & husband, Robert of Anchorage, Alaska; grandsons, Grant Lafe Cate & wife, Megan of Alaska, David Wilton Argo, Jr. & wife, Julie of Jonesboro, Arkansas; granddaughters, Samantha Mc Ewen of Anchorage, Alaska, Callie Baglay & husband, Dmitry of Carnation, Washington, Sara Price of South Carolina; great-granddaughters, Alexis “Lexi” Sides, Baleigh Argo, Caleigh Argo & Amelia Thompson all of Jonesboro, Arkansas; great-grandsons, Ethan David Wilton Argo, III of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Joshua Hobbs-McEwen of Anchorage, Alaska; great-great granddaughter, Maisyn "MJ" Sides of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and a special great-grandson in law, Devin Sides of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who helped care for her at the Villa.
