Mrs. Florine Flowers White age 88 of Rutherford , Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, December 16th, 2018, at Humboldt Manor Nursing Center. Funeral services for Mrs. Flowers will be conducted on Tuesday, December 18th, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Karnes and Son Funeral Home Rutherford Chapel with Bro. Marlon Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery. Mrs. White was born June 1st, 1930 in Rutherford , Tennessee; the daughter of the late Legal and Rosa (Hopper) Flowers. She was a loving wife , mother, grandmother, great-grandmother as well as homemaker. Mrs. White was a member of the Rutherford First Baptist Church. Mrs. White is survived by one daughter, Dianne Prescott; one grandson, Sean Prescott(Vandy); one great-grandson, Chase Prescott; and three sisters, Shirley Hanlin, Brenda Partlow, Elizabeth Powell. She was preceded in death by her husband Clayborn White; her parents, Legal and Rosa (Hopper) Flowers; one son, Jimmy White; one infant sister, Margaret Flowers, along with a sister, Maxine Akin, and a brother Bobby Flowers, The family will receive friends from 12:00 -2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Karnes and Son Funeral Home Rutherford Chapel.
