August 15th, 1926 - November 19th, 2018 Hillard Williams age 92 of Dyer , Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, November 19th, 2018, at Dyer Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mr. Williams will be conducted on Wednesday, November 21st, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Dyer Chapel with Bro. John Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in New Bethlehem Cemetery, Dyer, Tennessee. He was born August 15th, 1926 in Gibson , Tennessee; the son of Sam and Alma (Whitehead) Williams. He was a steel mill worker in Chicago, Ill. where he retired, and a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church. He is survived by children, Robert Williams, Judy Lowery, Sharon Casteel, Virginia Dudley; sister, Hautie Tilley; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty Williams; grandson, Ryan Williams; and one great granddaughter, Avery Paige Lannom. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 21st, 2018 , from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm at Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Dyer Chapel.
