James Buford "Willie" Hayes February 12th, 1927 - September 6th, 2018 James Buford "Willie" Hayes, age 91 of Trenton , Tennessee, passed away from this life on Thursday, September 6th, 2018, at Milan General Hospital. Funeral Services for Mr. Hayes will be conducted on Monday, September 10th, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Dyer Chapel 134 West College Street Dyer, Tennessee 38330 with Bro. John Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in New Bethlehem Cemetery, Dyer, Tennessee. He was born February 12th, 1927 in Murfreesboro , Tennessee; the son of David Hayes and Lillie Smith Hayes. He was a retired maintenance employee for Brown Shoe Co. in Trenton. He served his country with the US Army and US Navy. He is survived by two children, Cindy Boucher, and Mark Hayes (Kathy); one grandson, Josh Hayes (Misty); three great grandchildren, Jocelyn Goodman, Preston Hayes and Payton Hayes. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Lillie Hayes; his wife, Dorothy Hayes. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 9th, 2018 , at Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Dyer Chapel 134 West College Street Dyer, Tennessee 38330.
