Graveside service for Mr. Jere W. Green, age 78 of Kenton, TN will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at New Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in Kenton, with Bro. Dennis Cleek officiating. Visitation for Mr. Green will be held from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at New Concord Baptist Church in Kenton, Tennessee.

Mr. Jere W. Green was born June 29, 1948, to the late Ira and Dortha Reed Green. He was a retired truck driver and Iron Worker, along with serving his county in the United States Marines.

Mr. Jere is survived by his wife, Peggy Green; two sons, Jesse Green and wife Candy, Jeremy Green and wife Alicia; one brother, Don Green and wife Sue; two sisters, Ann Taylor, and Sue Flowers; six grandchildren, Kealy Coble and husband Blake, Jessilin Green, Kayla Kesterson, Autumn Green, Lindsey Green, Scout Green; and two great grandchildren, Bentley Coble, and Caylee Coble.

Mr. Jere was preceded in death by his parents; his grandson, Cody Green; and his brother, Billy Wade Green.
