Joan Lewis

Joan Williams Lewis, age 81 of Trenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Trenton Health Care and Rehab Center. Funeral services for Mrs. Lewis will be conducted on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Dyer. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Dyer, Tennessee. Mrs. Lewis was born April 25, 1935 in Dyer, Tennessee; the daughter of the late Earl Henry and Sadie Lou Horner Williams. Mrs. Lewis work for Southern Bell Telephone Company as an Operator. Mrs. Lewis was Presbyterian in faith. Mrs. Lewis is survived by one son Michael Lewis and wife Pam, three grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Lou Jean Austin, and Freda Benton. Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by her parents. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a. m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2017, in the chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Dyer.
