John Irvin Goodman
October 14, 1939 — February 19, 2022
John Irvin Goodman, age 82 of Trenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Union City. Graveside services for Mr. Goodman will be conducted on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 11:00am at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Trenton with Dr. John Adams officiating.
He was born October 14, 1939, in Humboldt, TN; the son of the late John Will & Thelma Levnia Williams Goodman. He retired as a supervisor at Gibson County Utility District. He served his country with the US Army National Guard.
He is survived by one sister, Betty Burress; and nieces & nephews, Jim Goodman (Donna), Bobby Goodman (Jennifer), Jonathan Goodman (Kim), Valerie Schabilion, Michelle Jellison (Adam), and Tim Burress (Jessica). He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Goodman; and brother, Danny Lee Goodman.
