Joshua Caine Hayes

Joshua Caine Hayes, age 38 of Trenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital East Memphis. Funeral services for Joshua will be conducted on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 3:00pm in the theater at Gibson County High School.  Interment will follow in New Bethlehem Cemetery, in Dyer.

He was born October 20, 1982, in Trenton, TN; the son of Charles Mark Hayes and Teresa Buchanan. He loved spending time with his twin boys, going out fishing and hunting.  Joshua also loved his community, working at the Gibson County Sheriffs Department for 17 years as a Deputy.  He was a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church.

He is survived by father, Mark Hayes (Kathy); mother, Teresa Little (Marty); two sons, Preston Hayes, Payton Hayes; and siblings, Matthew Little, Kesha Little, and Cody Little.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am – 3:00pm, Saturday, September 18, 2021, in the theater at Gibson County High School.  Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Joshua Caine Hayes.
