Justin Coffman

Mr. Justin Blake Coffman, age 37 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at Milan General Hospital. He was born November 6, 1980 in Jackson, TN; the son of Mark and Christy Coffman. He was a counselor at Pathways Behavioral Health Services, and a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church. He is survived by his parents, Mark and Christy Coffman; grandmother, Billie Coffman; grandparents, John and Faye Blake; one uncle, Randy Blake; one brother, Jacob Coffman; and girlfriend, Julie Tosh Pugh. The family will receive friends from 4:00pm-7:00pm on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
