Leoma Jean Langston, age 88 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, February 7, 2022, at home. Funeral services for Mrs. Langston will be conducted on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 2:00pm in the chapel of First Assembly of God in Dyer with Bro. Mark Kirkpatrick officiating. Interment will follow in Baker’s Chapel Cemetery, in Hernando, MS.
She was born February 25, 1933, in Obion County, TN; the daughter of the late Jim & Jeanette Bonee Morris. She was a self-employed seamstress and attended the First Assembly of God in Dyer.
She is survived by her loving husband, Glynn Langston; four children, Glynis Dexter, Amy Norvell (Dewayne), Jason Langston (Chasity), Tabitha McCoy (Wesley); siblings, Dale Morris (Debbie), June Wynn; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends from 12:00pm - 2:00pm on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at First Assembly of God in Dyer. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Leoma Jean Langston.
