Lyndle Vinson

Mr. Lyndle Fay “Buddy” Vinson, age 91 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, April 24, 2017, at Jackson Madison County General. Funeral services for Mr. Vinson will be conducted on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of New Concord Baptist Church with Bro. Johnny Witherspoon officiating. Interment will follow in New Concord Cemetery, in Kenton. He was born September 18, 1925 in Kenton, TN; the son the late Lester Eugene and Annie Louise (Lane) Vinson. He retired as manager at the Obion Farmers Co-Op and was a member of New Concord Baptist Church. He served his country with the US Navy. He is survived by his wife, Martha Opal Vinson; three children, Karla Sample (Johnny), Keith Vinson (Jan), Kevin Vinson; four grandchildren, Brent Campbell, Beth Milligan, Cody Vinson, and McKenna Vinson; and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at New Concord Baptist Church. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Lyndle Fay “Buddy” Vinson.
