Margaret White

Mrs. Margaret Marie White, age 80 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on November 27, at home. Funeral services for Mrs. White will be conducted on Wednesday, November 30 at 2:00pm in the Rutherford Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Marlon Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery, in Rutherford, TN. She was born May 24, 1936 in Graves Co., KY.; the daughter of the late Carlton and Ollie (Hart) Hester. She was a factory worker at Brown Shoe, and a housewife. She also attended Laneview Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Ray White; three children, Virginia Griffin, Wendell Griffin, and William White; grandchildren, Billy Griffin, and Tammy Odom; step grandchildren, Tierney Lovins, and Marshall Childers; and four great grandchildren, Haley Griffin, Andrew Bell, Payton Bell, and Ashley Odom. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers and sisters; and grandson, Michael Griffin. The family will receive friends from 5-8:00pm on Tuesday, November 29, at the Rutherford Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
