Nelda Ann Jewell

Nelda Ann Jewell, age 74 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, September 6, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Funeral services for Nelda Ann Jewell will be conducted on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Bryan Morris officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery.

She was born January 3, 1945 in Trenton; daughter of the late Robert Paris Norman and the late Theda (Cash) Norman. She was a manager at Regions Bank for 30 years before retiring, and of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by two sons, Marc Beard, Keith Beard (Lianne); one sister, Betty Jean Keathley; one brother, Robert Terry Norman; and three grandchildren, Lindsey Beard, Hudson Beard and Chandler Beard. 

Visitation with the family of Nelda Ann Jewell will be Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Karnes & Son Funeral Home Rutherford Chapel. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Nelda Ann Jewell.
