Pamela Beasley

A Memorial for Pamela Davidson Beasley, age 79, will be held in the Sanctuary of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 256 East College Street, in Dyer, TN, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 2:30PM.

All those who loved Pam and her family are invited and urged to attend her Celebration of Life.

Pam passed away on September 11, 2026, with her husband at her bedside.

The family wishes to thank the doctors and nursing staff at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital ICU, for their attendance, kindness, and care in attempts to address her serious health issues, and for providing comfort during her stay and at her passing.

Pam is survived by husband of 61 years, Thomas E. ‘Tommy’ Beasley Sr.; son, Christopher Davidson Beasley of Milan, TN; daughter, Jennifer Suzanne Beasley of Florence, AL; son, Thomas E. ‘Lee’ Beasley Jr of Dyer, TN; and her sister, Vanessa Orr of Dyer. Her sister, Victoria ‘Torre’ Davidson Gray of Dyer, preceded her in death in 2021. Her parents were Billy G. Davidson, a local farmer and sawmill operator, and Zora Lee Davidson, a hairdresser and homemaker of Dyer, who both have preceded Pam as well. Pamela was ‘Granny’ to nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Pam pursued a career in programs to assist persons with mental, physical and health related disabilities for almost 40 years. Pam retired in 2012, with having received high praises and numerous awards during her employment. She belonged to statewide and national organizations advocating assistance and support for disabled individuals.

Her favorite activities always included church, children, relatives, and loved ones. She enjoyed outdoor activities, camping, vacations, sightseeing on weekend car rides around Gibson and adjoining counties, shopping, yard sales and eating out. She loved animals both on the farm and pets at home, especially dogs and cats.

She was a blessing and a joy and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

God now has another special angel.
