Patricia Lou Chandler

Mrs. Patricia Lou Chandler, age 89, of Kenton, Tennessee passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024, at the Dyer Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Chandler will be held at Redleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, Illinois on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 2:30 pm. Visitation for Mrs. Chandler will begin at 1:00 pm and go until service time.

Mrs. Patricia Lou Chandler was born October 6, 1934, in Jonesboro, Illinois; to the late Lloyd and Verla Russell Shelton. Mrs. Chandler was the retired owner of the Kenton House Restaurant in Kenton, Tennessee, and was a member of Laneview Baptist Church. 

Mrs. Chandler is survived by four stepchildren, Teresa (Larry) Butts, Jerry (Karen) Chandler, Renea (Mike) Rosson, Michelle (Dereck) Comperry; special friends, Brandi (John) Dodd and daughter Sydney, and Lisa (Brian) Coleman and their children, Lauren, Daniel, Luke, and Adelynn; eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made in Patricia’s honor to Laneview Baptist Church in Kenton.

Mrs. Chandler was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry "Jack" Chandler; her brother, Wesley W. Shelton, who was killed in action in Vietnam; and two stepchildren, Rickey Chandler, and Kathy (Mark) Whitt.
