Regenia Ellison

Mrs. Regenia Lula Ellison, age 85 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at AHC Nursing Home in Union City. Funeral services for Mrs. Ellison will be conducted on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 1PM in the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Brandon Norton officiating. Interment will follow in Alamo Baptist Church Cemetery, in Rives.

Regenia was born April 28, 1940, in Obion County, TN; the daughter of the late Fester & Katherine Myers Ross. She worked as a general laborer at Honeywell, until her retirement, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Kenton.

Mrs. Ellison is survived by daughter-in-law, Sandy Ellison, of Rives, TN; and granddaughter, Devin Davis (Brock) of Jackson, TN. She was preceded in death by two sons, Terry Ellison, and Timothy ‘Tim’ Ellison; brother, WH Ross; and sister, Mildred Myers.

Pallbearers will be Brock Davis, Todd Ross, Eric Ross, Bro. Gordon Wilbanks, Elvest Cook, and Paul Lyons.

The family will receive friends from 12PM until service time, Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Kenton chapel. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Regenia Lula Ellison.
