Mrs. Rita Gayle Hill, age 75, of Dyer, Tennessee entered into her Heavenly home on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at home with her loving husband with her. Funeral services for Mrs. Gayle Hill will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 2:30 pm at the First Baptist Church in Dyer with Bro. Lane Self and Bro. Mike Nolen officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Dyer. Visitation for Mrs. Gayle will begin at 1:30 pm and go until service time at 2:30 pm.

Mrs. Rita Gayle Hill was born May 31, 1950, to the late Norman Elihue and Miriam Estell Bell Williams. Mrs. Gayle was a devoted Christian and Missionary alongside her husband for many years, spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in service with the Baptist Association IMB. Mrs. Gayle was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Mrs. Gayle is survived by her husband, Robert John "Bob" Hill; two sons, Brian Hill and wife Katina, and Zachary Hill and wife Wendy; four grandchildren, Madison Hill Epley and husband Daniel, Mackenzie Hill, Logan Hill, Lexi Lynne Hill; and one great-grandson, Jonah.

Mrs. Gayle was preceded in death by her parents, Elihue and Estelle Williams; and her brother, Norman Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the First Baptist Church Mission Fund.
