Sarah Jane Collins, age 42 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. Funeral services for Mrs. Collins will be conducted on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Faith Tabernacle Church with Bro. Sherman Griggs officiating. Interment will follow in the Faith Tabernacle Church Cemetery in Dyer.
She was born February 18, 1979 in Trenton, TN; the daughter of the late Claude and Sara Cupples Jackson. She was a housewife.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Collins; three children, Allison Lay, Paige Lay, and Emily Lay; three brothers, Michael Jackson, Jeff Jackson, and Claude Jackson; and several step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm on Friday, April 16, 2021 at the church. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Sarah Jane Collins.
