Mrs. Sarah Mae McCage, age 96 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on July 15, 2016, at Milan General Hospital. Graveside services for Mrs. McCage will be conducted on Wednesday, July 20, at 11:30am at Mt. Olive Cemetery, with Mr. Benny McVay officiating. She was born August 31, 1919 in Rutherford; the daughter of Millard and Georgia Somers Couch. She was a homemaker. She is survived by one daughter, Mary Lee Boyance; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald McCage. The family will receive friends from 9:00am-11:00am on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Rutherford.
