Shirley Lemmings

Mr. Shirley Edward “Eddie” Lemmings, age 82 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on April 30, 2018, at the Dyer Nursing Home. Visitation for Mr. Lemmings will be conducted on Monday, May 7, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Dyer. Mr. Lemmings was born August 19, 1935 in Trenton, Tennessee; the son of the late James Henry and Effie Lue Lambert Lemmings. Mr. Lemmings was a retired Quality Inspector with the WSW Pajama Factory in Sharon. Mr. Lemmings is survived by his wife, Helen Smith Lemmings; son in law, David Overturf; grandson, Shaun Brockett; and granddaughter, Terri Lynn Overturf. He was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Paula Overturf. The family will receive friends from 10:00am – 12:00pm on Monday, May 7, 2018 in the chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Dyer.
