Thomas Earl Oliver

Thomas Earl "Tommy" Oliver, age 72 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, July 29, 2019, at Dyer Nursing Home & Rehab. Funeral services for Thomas Earl Oliver will be conducted on Wednesday, July 31 at 2:00 PM in the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Kirkpatrick officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Tennessee.

He was born December 31, 1946 in Dyer; son of the late Finis Ramsey Oliver and the late Bonnie (Bennett) Oliver. He was a retired police officer with the Dyer Police Department, and attended the First Assembly of God in Dyer.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Oliver; two children, Brad Oliver (Carol), Kevin Stallings (Millie); and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation with the family of Thomas Earl Oliver will be Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Karnes & Son Funeral Home - Dyer. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Thomas Earl Oliver.
