Tommie Sue Keathley, age 89 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, August 23, 2026. Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 12:30PM at Crockett Mills Christian Church Cemetery.

She was born August 7, 1937, in Dyersburg, TN. She was a homemaker who loved to work in her flower garden and cook. She attended Rutherford First Baptist Church.

Tommie Sue is survived by her daughter, Donna (Whitby) Inman of Ohio; and two sons, Randy Whitby of Springfield, TN, and Jeff Whitby (Sherry) of Trenton, TN. She was blessed with six grandchildren, Cory Inman (Kelly), Jennifer Koester (Brandon), Hunter Whitby (Cori), Hayden Whitby (Meagan), Taylor Whitby, and Tucker Whitby (Samantha). Her special blessings were her great-grandkids, Karter and Kailey Koester, Hanna and Parker Inman, Brady and Evie Whitby, Brelynn Burger, Braxton and Wrenley Whitby, McKinley and Jameson Whitby, and Clayton and Colson Whitby.
