Wanda Kay Schang

Mrs. Wanda Kay Schang, age 76 of Medina, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, May 1, 2022, at ACH Healthcare & Rehab in Humboldt. Graveside services for Mrs. Schang will be conducted on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 11:00am at the Rutherford Cemetery with Bro. Jake Fry officiating. Interment to follow.

She was born May 27, 1945, in Trenton, TN; the daughter of the late Glynn & Ruby McFadden Glisson.  She worked at the Milan Army Ammunition Plant as an office attendant before her retirement and was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Humboldt.

She is survived by nieces and nephews, Renee & Mark Mathis, Glenda & Brian Elliott, Gail & Mike Perryman, Bob & Lisa Hollomon, Mark Hollomon, Nancy & Jeff Rush; sister-in-law, Wanda Glisson; and a host of great nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband, John Schang; sister, Evelyn Hollomon; and brother, Sonny Glisson.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am – 10:45am on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Schang.
