William Altgilbers

William H. Altgilbers lll, 66 years old, born November 22, 1950 died December 22, 2016 in Jackson, TN. Memorial Service will be conducted January 14, 2017 at 12:oop.m. at St. John Baptist Church in Newbern, TN, with Richard "Red" Barnes officating. Veteran of the USMC. A Police officer for over 30 years. Served and protected in Obion, TN for 4 years and in Newbern, TN for 5 years. He also served in Fulton, KY and South Fulton, TN as well. Several years transporting federal prisoners. He was a 32nd degree Mason. He is preceded in death by his father William H. Altgilbers ll, his step father Derrel R. Jeffries and beloved mother, Marceline N. Altgilbers-Jeffries. Survived by his children, Tracy Harbord, Bill Altgilbers, Anthony Altgilbers, Yolanda Glockner, Paul Crider, Fawn McCaig and Mark Summers. Grandchildren, Amber Harbord, Shanna Harbord, Melinda Harbord, Emily Glockner, Nathan McCaig, Logan McCaig, Patton Bocecker and Stephanie Bocecker. Sister, Deja (LaDon) Cairns.
