William "Billy C." Calvin Duncan

April 21, 1931 — October 23, 2020

Mr. Billy C. Duncan, age 89 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, October 23, 2020, at Jackson Madison County Hospital. He was a resident of Dyer Nursing Home.  Graveside services for Mr. Duncan will be conducted on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 12:00 pm at Sunnyside Cemetery in Kenton with Bro. Daryl Marcle officiating.

He was born April 21, 1931, the son of the late Robert Lee and Lessie Boucher Duncan. He was a retired school bus driver and farmer.  He was a member of Laneview Baptist Church in Kenton, where he served many years as song leader and deacon.  Anyone that ever talked with him knew he loved his children, fishing, and the St. Louis Cardinals.  He always looked for the best in everybody he met.  To know him, was to love him.

He is survived by three children, Tony Duncan (Twyla), Tammy Mayo, Brandi Dodd (John); eight grandchildren, Bryan & Amber Mayo, Carrie & Shelby Duncan, Sydney Inman, Zack Dodd, Chelsey Speer, and Laurin Smith; six great grandchildren, Bryleigh Sawyer, and Keiley, McKayla, Abby, Caleb & Anna Smith.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Ophelia Duncan; son, Tommy Duncan; brother, Robert “Bicycle Pete” Duncan; and son in law, Billy Mayo.

Mask and social distancing will be required during services.
