October 15, 1931 - April 4, 2020

Mr. William Harold Tyree age 88 of Trenton, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Private graveside services for Mr. Tyree will be held on Monday,  April 6, 2020 at 2:00 pm in Oakland Cemetery in Trenton, Tennessee. 

Mr. William Harold Tyree was born October 15, 1931 to the late Walter Druy and Gussie Mae Givens Tyree. Mr. Tyree was a retired farmer and land owner; along with being a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and  friend. He was a member of the Springhill Baptist Church and a Deacon.

Mr. Tyree is survived by his  wife of 61 years Shirley Coleman Tyree; three daughters, Ann Elliott (Rocky), Sherry Scruggs (Charles), and Carol Oliver (Brad); eight grandchildren, Blake Elliott (Chelsey), Peyton Elliott ( Kristin), Will Scruggs (Katie), Heather Jones (Jason), Summer Lindsey, Cami Oliver, Cameron Oliver, and B.J. Oliver; five great grandchildren,  Ross Elliott, Beau Elliott, Reid Elliott, Parker Jones, Drake Scruggs; one sister, Jennie Morgan; and one brother, Druy Tyree. He was preceded in death by one great granddaughter, Norah Elliott; and his parents.

The family will have private graveside services at Oakland Cemetery in Trenton, TN.  In lieu of flowers, the family are asking for memorials be made to  Springhill Baptist Church.
