Ms. Deborah Jean Simpson age 69, of Kenton, Tn., passed away on Tuesday, January 13,  2026. Visititation service for Ms. Simpson will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Karnes and Son Funeral Home Kenton Chapel.

Ms. Simpson was born December 12, 1956 to the late J.W. Simpson and Norma Hill Simpson. Ms. Deborah was a retired Brown Shoe Company employee. she was Baptist in Faith, and loved spending time with family and friends.

Ms. Deborah is survived by her daughter, Paige Boaz and husband Justin, three brothers, Neel Simpson, Randy Simpson, and Michael Simpson, two nieces, Tarren Simpson, and Lucy Truett, and two grandchildren, Knox Boaz and Ivey Boaz. Ms. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents.
